We will provide you with a means to enhance your running performance by identifying and releasing restrictions that reduce performance and cause injuries.

Biomechanical Assessment

Determine which structures are affected along the runners kinetic chain. We focus on more than just the chief area of pain and restriction. When a runner experiences any injury or pain from the hips and below, we start at analyzing the function of the lower kinetic chain (how impact is distributed through the body) of the foot, and then work our way up.

For example, a runner with a knee injury will often have accompanying restrictions in a multitude of soft-tissue structures above and below the knee.

We identify fixated or misaligned structures, inhibited neurological pathways, and identify the soft tissue structures causing or adapting to an imbalance.

Then treat each soft-tissue dysfunction with the appropriate technique to restore full function to the affected structures. The result is almost most always an improvement in running performance, decreased pain, and increased longevity in enjoying your sport!
